DELIVERY SERVICE – PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER
This is for all our products sold by the pallet load or part pallet load, and applies to all products purchased via this website. We book your delivery for a specific day, this will (usually) be +3 working days from your order date, unless you request otherwise.
Most products will be delivered on an 18 tonne ridged lorry that has a tail-lift. The product is then lowered off the lorry onto your yard. The delivery drivers are very helpful, but once they have off-loaded the pallet, the product is your responsibility. Please add any useful information to assist drivers when ordering and you must provide a contact telephone number. The more information we have the better service we can offer.
Please be aware that if you are storing the pallets outside then we recommend that you invest in a top sheet or tarpaulin to go over the top and sides of the pallet to make sure the product is protected and kept dry. Damage to the product after you have taken delivery is your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
We strongly advise that you are present when the delivery is made. This is so that you can make sure that you are happy with the goods and you can check there has been no visible damage to the load being left. Please do not sign the delivery note if there are any visible rips in the packaging.

We use a national pallet network to deliver our products. All goods are delivered on a wooden pallet.
Our prices shown on our website are inclusive of delivery to most areas of UK mainland. Some postcodes attract higher charges these include: Guernsey & Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands (including but not limited to: HS1, HS2, HS3, IV41-IV51, IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW1-KW17, PA20+, PH8-PH13, PH15+, ZE). We do not deliver to Norther Ireland.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If there is a problem please call us immediately, preferably whilst the driver is still with you, so that we can rectify as quickly as possible. If you are unable to contact us, please make sure you write any problems or damages down on the delivery slip and give to the driver. We are unable to follow up on complaints regarding delivery, if we are not notified at the time, or if it is not noted on the delivery paperwork.
Unless agreed, any orders returned to us once the products are in transit, will be refunded, minus the cost of two-way transport at; £150 per pallet. Goods must be returned in the state that they were received.
The drivers will normally contact you before delivery to inform you of their arrival, so a valid telephone number is mandatory. Re-deliveries are charged at £40.00 per pallet.
Kerb-side delivery only can be guaranteed. We will do our best to deliver as close to your desired location as access allows. It is not possible to move pallets over loose surfaces or grass so please check before ordering. Access to sites must be on hard roads, over which a vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind.
Delivery will normally be between 9AM and 5PM on the delivery date. If you have any queries or alternative delivery requirements please call or email.
STORAGE INFORMATION – please check that you are happy with the quality of the product within 7 days of receipt. We cannot offer refunds after this time due to our products being perishable.
Product condition will rapidly deteriorate if not stored appropriately. Exposure to extreme temperatures should be avoided.
We cannot accept responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the product which occur during storage.
